Where do I begin? With the color — closer to gunmetal gray than the advertised blue? Or with the fact that the slipcovers are way, way, way too big for my recliners (yes, I bought two). Actually, what annoys me most is that nobody from SureFit has even bothered to return my email asking if I can please return these useless things. Yes, that’s the worst part. Granted, I should have asked if they were returnable. But it never occurred to me that you wouldn’t be able to return something that is not a custom-made item.
