This is the best ambience item I have bought in years. I have gotten so much use out of it as soon as I took it out of the box.
The crackling sound is awesome. My 4 year old loves it . The first night we had it we plugged it in next to his bed and he fell
soundly asleep feeling “warm” and cozy.

I am not impressed with this. Easy to install, but looks so fake and the sound sounds nothinglike a fire crackling. Im swnding it back, not to mention the ” electrical wiring burning smell”
